The Challenge:

To deliver personal development aligned with business goals and leadership team growth. The outcome needed to be a group of more confident people who fully understood their strengths and areas of challenge, which would then result in a higher performing team. Ensuring that the coaching delivered tangible business performance was a critical outcome and there had to be an agreed purpose to the sessions.

Our approach was to start with a “connection” conversation to ensure we were the right people to deliver the coaching. The relationship was then built that was trusting and open and the coaching had value and credibility. The first meeting defined the process the desired outcomes and an agreement that there was going be challenge and “holding to account” balanced with encouragement and empathy. Following monthly sessions utilising a variety of coaching techniques and self awareness tools the individuals in the team have become more open with their individual development and team meetings are held in a more positive and business directive fashion.
