Phil Hooper, the Director of Self and Team Consulting, has over 35 years of diverse experience in manufacturing management, HR, coaching, and training and development, backed up by a scientific education and a degree in Biochemistry.
Having worked across various industries, Phil leverages his wealth of knowledge to collaborate with organisations, contributing to positive business growth through people development.
