The challenge was to build a high performing leadership team that work cross functionally share issues and problems and work in a spirt of trust and co-operation.

Our approach was to start with individual reflection and self awareness, building understanding of own strengths and value brought to the team.  Through a series of team events supported by individual coaching the understanding across the team has grown and collaboration cross functionally has developed. As a result business values and objectives are more focused and the emphasis on one team has become part off day to day working. The team are now what could be described as High Performing but of course even the best teams need tweaks and changes as they evolve.
