Objective

The business challenge was for us to deliver a creative and engaging vision and strategy that was as relevant to the boardroom as to the shop floor. No “jargon” or corporate speak just understandable and aspiring and one everyone could connect to…”how does what I do relate and add value to the company direction and goals” was a key part of the challenge. The vision needed to be visually appealing and “obvious”.

Our approach was to start with engaging the leadership team and really getting under the skin of the organisation. We needed to understand the culture and stretch objectives that were aspirational, challenging and exciting. We wanted to capture the drivers and enjoyment this team got from their industry and what would give them the greatest job satisfaction. With all this information we were able to validate these thoughts with all other site functions and spend an invaluable amount of time with front line teams to ensure clear consensus of leadership ideals and reality of product delivery.
